  • Launched the inaugural retained team at adidas, operating as the lead project manager for adidas sports marketing projects which included creating key 2D and 3D creative development workstreams, toolkits, commercials, toolkits, ecommerce, retail spaces, billboards, and social media and special initiative campaigns, including All-Star weekend.

  • Managed 5-15 brand marketing projects from brief to project launch, including helping create Scope of Work, RFPS, budgeting, project resourcing, work plans, and schedules and client management for Cinco Design team for nationwide and global activations and storytelling for clients including brand and design strategy. 

  • Captured key take-aways on client calls and interactions related to all tactical next steps and overall work plan execution. Participation and documentation of internal and client meetings capturing action items and next steps.

  • Demonstrated success in communication with the client, which led to comfortable conversations around scope extensions and increased opportunities for future projects.  

  • Oversaw the tactical quality of all client deliverables (proofreading, project requirements and specifications); ensured appropriate team member reviews deliverables. 

  • Determined monthly billing/revenue recognition meeting prep is complete and all project transactions are reviewed and accurate on a weekly basis.

  • Accountable for end-to-end management of creative projects, from brief to project launch to deliver best in class digital content and storytelling for clients. 

  • Collaborate with creative producers, brand marketing and strategy, and channel leads, to create content for consumer direct marketing campaigns.

Portland Trail Blazers- Diversity, Equity, and  Inclusion Project Brand Manager

2020-2021

  • Managed a team of cross-functional partners for special events and planning game night experiential activations, overseeing marketing timelines, budget, game-day content, ticket sales, PR, retail, sponsorships and partnerships, product launches, vendor management and using KPIs measure success and access key learnings. 

  • Founded the DEI Brand toolkit and developed and managed all content related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Social impact storytelling including stories on employee resource groups and Senior Leadership, brand campaigns for social media, broadcast channels, including creation of commercials, eCommerce, internal staff and in-arena.

  • Wrote, produced, and managed content production for social media platforms with over 2.4 million followers, including working with the creative teams at photoshoots and on/set, creating graphic designs, video editing, creative reviews and managing deliverables.

  • Developed monthly internal communication and programming for staff surrounding company-wide diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. 

  • Recognized by the NBA for having the highest level of engagement in February 2022.

  • Managed DEI communications support for executed events, writing company and internal emails, newsletters and social posts, and developing DEI presentations and training.

  • Utilized market research and focus groups to tap into diverse markets in the greater Portland area for ticketing strategies. ‘

  • Developed meaningful relationships with basketball players in order to create content that aligned with their personalities.. 

  • Led 365 campaign and won PRNews’ best in-house Diversity and inclusion campaign for “It could be me,” which appeared on TV, social media, in-arena and billboards throughout Portland. 

  • Produced content at Media day with team athletes and partnered with Brand Marketing and Communications departments for consistent external messaging and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Partnered with DEI, Brand Strategy, and Community Relations team to execute large-scale special events for clients including in-game experiences.

  • Built and Maintained relationships with over 200 accounts and provided client services.

  • Exceeded annual sales goal of $200,000 by 120% with a retention rate of 94%.

  • Contacted new and existing customers to discuss how their needs can be met with various ticketing options.

  • Exceeded 2018-2019 personal new revenue goal of $150,000 by 114.1%.

  • Managed interactions with clients and prospective clients using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
